Formed in 2009, Magi Products, LLC is a family owned business with a mission to share unique products we find in our travels around the world. Our first product is the Gift of the Magi, a beautiful hand crafted in Egypt wooden gift box filled with Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh. The same gift that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ received from the Magi, the Wise Men of the East. We are the exclusive distributor of this product.

We respect the privacy of our customers. We will not sell, barter, lease, rent or make available in any fashion the information provided to us by our customers or visitors to any any third parties except when required to in accordance with the law. This includes name and address information, email addresses, credit card information, order information and any other information provided to us for any reason. We do not use Internet cookies or any other means to collect or accumulate any information on our customers buying habits.
Return Policy
14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from us, you may return it and be credited the full purchase price minus shipping and handling charges. All exchanges must be done within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping instructions. All returns must be in the original condition received and in the original packaging. Items without an RMA number, received damaged or not in original packaging and original condition will not be accepted.
Damaged Products
We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. We take great measures to package and ship our products in a manner that reduces the chance they may be damaged in transit. Unfortunately, some items can get damaged during shipment. If the product you receive is damaged in shipment, please contact us within two business days of receipt of the item providing your name and address, which product was damaged and the details of damage. We will issue you an RMA number and return shipping instructions. If we are not contacted within two (2) business days of receipt, it will be assumed that damage is attributed to the customer's use and no return will be authorized or credit approved. In the event that an item has been sold out and cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.
